An Appeal - Please Help the Work of Una Voce.

Dear Friends,

Since Pope Benedict XVI promulgated his motu proprio Summorum Pontificum in 2007 the work of the International Federation Una Voce has increased dramatically. At our biennial General Assembly in Rome in November 2009 we enrolled six new member associations and are currently dealing with a large number of applications and enquiries. Like all our individual member associations worldwide, the International Federation headquarters has no funds other than the annual subscriptions from its members and occasional donations from benefactors. We have no paid employees and all our funds are spent in furthering the cause of tradition.......... Read More.

The 2011-2013 Council

Mr. Leo Darroch, being the only nominee for the office of President of the FIUV, was deemed elected with the assent of the General Assembly.
After a meeting of the Council of the FIUV on Saturday evening, it was announced that the following officers had been elected:

First Vice President: Mr. Jack Oostveen (Ecclesia Dei Delft, The Netherlands);
Second Vice President: Mr. Jason King (Una Voce America);
Third Vice President: M. Patrick Banken (Una Voce France);
Secretary: Mr. Thomas Murphy (St. Conleth’s Catholic Heritage Association, Ireland);
Treasurer: Frau Monika Rheinschmitt (Pro Missa Tridentina, Germany).

Councillor: Mr. Oleg-Michael Martynov (Una Voce Russia);
Councillor: Prof. Fabio Marino (Coordinamento di Una Voce delle Venezie);
Councillor: Mr. Carlos Antonio Palad (Ecclesia Dei Society of St. Joseph, Philippines);
Councillor: Mr. David Reid (Vancouver Traditional Mass Society of Canada);

The 2009-2011 Council

On November 14th 2009, during our XIX General Assembly, the following Council was formed:

On November 10th 2007, during our XVIII General Assembly, a new Executive President was elected. With a majority of votes Leo Darroch, nominated by the Latin Mass Society of England and Wales was elected as Executive President.
The former Executive President ad Interim, Jack P. Oostveen, from The Netherlands has accepted the Vice-Presidency again.
Following the election of the new Council and the President,the General Assembly conferred Mr. Jacques Dhaussy from France the title of President d'Honneur. Mr. Dhaussy is a founding member of the International Federation Una Voce and he decided to stand down from the Council after 40 years of unbroken service.

After the General Assembly of 2007 the Council was:

Since September 10th 2006, after the elected Executive President, Fra' Fredrik Crichton-Stuart, has resigned ir. Jack P. Oostveen from The Netherlands was according to the statutes the Executive President of the International Federation "Una Voce"
